Terms & Conditions — Vishwakarma Technologies

1. Engagement & Scope

All software development, design, and consulting engagements are governed by a written proposal, blueprint specification, and statement of work (SOW) executed between Vishwakarma Technologies and the client.

2. Code & Intellectual Property Ownership

Upon complete payment of all agreed project milestones, 100% ownership of custom source code, repositories, graphic assets, design systems, and cloud configurations is transferred exclusively to the client.

3. Payment Terms

Standard project milestones are structured as 40% initial deposit, 40% milestone sign-off, and 20% final delivery handover. Invoices are payable within 14 calendar days of issuance.

4. Delivery Timelines & Milestones

We commit to fixed milestone dates. Client delay in providing necessary credentials, copy, or approval feedback exceeding 7 business days may adjust the project delivery schedule accordingly.

5. Warranty & Post-Launch Support

Every custom build includes a guaranteed post-launch hypercare support period (30 days for Launch, 90 days for Growth, 6 months for Platform) covering bug fixes and technical support without extra charge.
